Responsibilities
What does a Quick Lane Service Advisor do?
- Oversee flow of customers in the Quick Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Introduce customers to the Vehicle Report Card and confidently review services and recommendations from the multi point inspection
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum customer service experience
- 1 year minimum of automotive service experience
- Must be a “team player”
- Must be reliable
- High level of detail, organization and accuracy
- Ability to identify, learn & work within specific service processes
- Effective listening & communication skills when speaking with coworkers or guests.
- Exceptional ability to learn and grow
- Amazing work ethic
- Ability to learn from veteran staff
- Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
- Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
- Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.

- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
